			Joel Sprick was an undergraduate student working in the Schmale Lab from 2006 to 2007. He broke numerous laboratory records, including plating the most wheat heads in a summer, and generating the most single-spored isolates in an hour. Joel is best known for his love of teenage mutant ninja turtles (TMNT). While in the Schmale Lab, he labeled most of the key pieces of laboratory equipment with TMNT names.
