Research Interests

Biology, genetics and diversity of plant pathogenic viruses, and control through understanding and deploying resistance mechanisms and management practices. Current programs research programs are examining resistance to soybean mosaic and other viruses in soybean, ecology of tobacco mosaic virus in tobacco, and virus diagnosis, diversity and management under the IPM CRSP and the IPM PIPE.
